Short Term Goals-
Over the course of the next few years I want to focus on school and do the best I can learning what I love. I plan to graduate college with a bachelors degree in business management. Upon graduation I want to find a job studying under a master pastry chef to learn as much as possible.
Long Term Goals-
In the long run I plan to expand my family ran cake decorating business and be a successful owner/ operator. I want to compete in competitive contests and donate back to the community that has always believed in me.
Inspirations-
The person who inspires me and keeps me going is no longer with us, she was my Grandmother. I inherited my cake decorating business from her. She was the hardest working woman I knew. Not a day went by that she didn't believe in me. I am pushing to get my degree because of her.
Walt Disney also inspires me to keep going. I was told from a young age that "my dreams were to big for me", and that "I was just a farm girl, that I will never make anything of myself". Walt Disney has changed every child's world just from him having a dream, and a mouse.
