I am a college student at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I will graduate in the spring of 2018 with a degree in the baking and pastry arts. I come from a dairy farm in south central Pennsylvania. I take pride in where I come from and the home cooked food I was raised on. In 2012, I inherited my grandmothers cake decorating business, and have been successfully working and running the business since. I am a hard working, and dedicated to my job.

I have never been so passionate about anything in my life until I decorated my first cake. I could never see myself doing any other job. The smile that comes to a little boys face when he sees his birthday cake, or the smile a bride and groom have when they see their wedding cake for the first time is a feeling I wouldn't trade for the world.

I eventually want to open up my own full functioning bakery in my home town that offers freshly baked breads, cakes, cookies, and many more while promoting the agricultural background that I have.
